I'm stuck. My truck runs like a top until I get into heavy traffic and have to wait at lights. Then it acts like it's starved for fuel and hesitates real bad or stalls and refuses to start until you let it sit for about 10-20 minutes. It will start and run but still hesitate until it sits long enough to completely cool. Then it's fine. If I run it at night when it's cool and I don't get stuck in traffic - it's fine. I just installed a new fuel pump, filters - before and after the fuel pump. New air cleaner, new plug wires, rotor, cap, and plugs. No vacuum leaks. I switched relays around to see if it had a bad fuel pump relay. I'm not sure where the PCM relay is - but considered that? I'm at a loss. I would gladly donate but this has me in financial dire straits. I may lose my job due to transportation issues.

Thanks
