i recently rebuilt my blazer. when i finally got it running again the idle is very rough but evens out above 1500 rpm. also the check engine light comes on and blinks at around 3000 rpm. i tried to read the codes but its like the vehicle never gets plugged in to the obd2 scanner. what could be the problem with the idle? also it shakes bed enough to rattle the change in the ash tray.
