1998 Chevy Blazer odometer mileage reading

1998 Chevy Blazer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic
----------------------------------------------------------------
My car has no numbers where the odometer is so I do not know what the mileage is. I cannot get new tires without this. Is this a bulb, or a fuse, and can I fix it myself.

I dont think the bulbs are servicable. you may have to replace the whole cluster
