1998 Chevy Blazer odometer mileage reading

1998 Chevy Blazer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My car has no numbers where the odometer is so I do not know what the mileage is. I cannot get new tires without this. Is this a bulb, or a fuse, and can I fix it myself.

No, my shift indicator does not work either. Along with the odometer

I dont think the bulbs are servicable. You may have to replace the whole cluster
