How do you bleed the master clynder. I have a caliper sticking and was told to bleed the master clynder.

Bleeding the MC likely won't make a difference. Usually a sticking caliper is rust on the slider pins or a bad rubber line to the caliper, or rust and crud inside the caliper itself.
