1998 Chevy Blazer catalytic converter rattle

Whats up with the catalytic converter rattle in all s10 and s10 blazers rattling. Is there a cheap way to fix these?

i personally have never heard of this problem, is it the contents inside rattling or is it the heatsheild or the whole pipe bouncing?
