The car pulls to the left hard when the brakes are applied. The passenger side brakes stick and get extremely hot. A strong burning smell is noticed. The brake lines have all been bleed down.

both passanger brakes are sticking?

or just teh front or just the rear?

make sure your brakes are lubed up properly. if that still wont help them stop grinding then you will have to open up a bleeder valve on the sticking wheel. if that causes it to unstick then you have a bad brake line.
