1997 Chevy Blazer speedometer

Well the problem is my speedometer,tachometer,and battery gauges are not working it just happened this afternoon on my home fromwork when i started the truck.It was a very cold day today and i dont know if possibly the cables froze or are just lethargic but it still hasnt fixed itself if thats the case.please help any ideas are appreciated Thank you

check and make sure that there is no fuses blowen. sounds like there maybe a loose connection to the ip cluster, or the ip cluster itself went bad
