Noises problem
1997 Chevy Blazer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic
----------------------------------------------------------------
My s10 blazer truck makes a loud-roaring sound, like a mean lion or tiger, only when you let go of the gas when running above 50 mph or so. It takes off nice, and smooth. All the gears go in normal as you speed up. However, the sound only happens when you let go of the gas. Its hard to pinpoint the exact area when your inside the truck, but it sounds like somewhere close to the transmission, flywheel, or somewhere there. I stopped and checked the transmission fluid, it was normal. Under 40mpg or so, there is no sound. Its like a loud grinding sound, very very loud. Any ideas? thanx
