My rear brakes lock up sometimes when I come to a stop also I sometimes have a clunk when I stop or when I take off from a dead stop. Please let me know what to look for.

At this age and mileage, you should replace shoes, all hardware, and wheel cylders should be closely inspected for leaks, I use a thin pick tool to look into the dust boot at the piston ends for signs of fluid! Then have the drums machined or replaced. Last a proper adjustment, and bleeding if cyls replaced. And last, make sure ALL parking brake cables work!
