I REMOVED DASH TO REPLACE HEATER CORE AND HAD TO REMOVE A LOT OF ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS AND AFTER REPLACE EVERYTHING ENGINE WOULD NOT START NOT RECEVING FUEL AT FUEL RAIL ARE THEY A WIRE BEHIND DASH THAT GOES TO FUEL PUMP THAT MAYBE I DIDNT HOOK UP

check and make sure your fuses are good. you may have blowen one when you had everything apart
