I was needing some help with mu wifes truck when you turn on the right turn sig, all the lights flash, but when you have all the lights in the right does not work

You have the incorrect bulb on the right side. Double check, I bet you will find you have put a 1 filament bulb where there should be a 2 filament bulb. Let me know if this helps.
