97 blazer, Sometimes when you turn the key on the lights in the dash wont come on, the engine will turn over but wont start, the fuel pump wont come on. Other times the dash lights come on the fuel pump comes on and the engine starts, replaced the fuel pump once, problem didnt go away only seems to happen more frequently as time goes on, when this happens i turn the key on and off several times and usually it will start. sometimes after it sets for a while it will start. help me please
