1997 Chevy Blazer fan moter

Hello ,my step-daughter recently got this blazer from her father and the fan moter on the heater /ac makes alot of noise I was wondering if I should replace it and if so how is it done i am pretty handy on most things but i havent had to do this yet

it is located by the front passenger side of the firewall. check and see if there is leaves or any debris in the HVAC box when you pull it out.
