1997 Chevy Blazer ecm battery fuse and the gage fuse blows

i change the alternator because it wasn't charging and the gage fuse was blown. then the ecm fuse and gage fuse blew after i change the alternator

check the wiring harness at the firewall wher it goes above transmission bell housing. there were tons of trouble there because the harness would get pinched and chafe through, also check by the transmission dip stick tube for chafing
