1997 Chevy Blazer Cant pass inspection

I have a 1997 chevy blazer that can not pass the inspection because the computer is not being read, what could be the cause of this problem? I was told to check the fuses but dont know how, and recently i disconnected the negative cable to install the headlight switch.

There is a power distribution box under the hood that contains fuses as well as one under the dash of the car. Check them and let me know what you find.
