When I cut my wheel all the way left while im moving it feels like metal grinding or something is going to break but when im stopped and turn it its ok any idea what this is?

Could be a wheel bearing. Check that first.

If its not that drive in aparking lot and slowly turn the wheel left and right through the whole range of motions, then try it in reverse.

You hear alot of clickign noises or what?
