1996 Chevy Blazer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My engine light keeps flashingand have no codes I have put gas tank sending unit with pump gas cap new exhaust plugs wires cap and rotor filler neck filters all o2 sensors egr is clean map test is good fuel pressure is good evaporater and all line are good compression test is good no leaks engine runs ruff and fuel gauge doesnot work
