1996 Chevy Blazer low oil presure

0 oil presure with check gage light at idle oil changed at quick lube 3 days ago lost presure then went back they changed filter but is still same presure goes to 40 psi at speeds

Did you measure oil pressure with mechanical gauge?

That could be due to the brand of oil they used. I can't explain why but some cars just don't like some oils. It could also be that the fresh oil loosened up some sludge inside and now it's restricting the oil pick up. I would try changing the oil again with a different brand. If that doesn't help, replace the oil sender just to make sure it's telling you the truth.
