heater seems to be stuck in the defrost floor heater mode,when switching to dash vent nothing happens or to just floor nothing. how do i get to the vacume lines from the heater controls in the dash or under the hood?

Its like you have no vacuum
check your vacuum sources and line
its design to retro back to defrost / floor when ever vacuum lost
check the vacuum lines
