Electrical problem
1996 Chevy Blazer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

the windows and electric seat would not move .When I checked the fuse it was so hot I could not touch it... the fuse/CB was a 20 amp silver thing not a little blade fuse as most of them are... Do I have another problem? I have been afraid to reinstall the hot fuse....

Probably a short in a seat motor or window motor. Pull connector to the front seats found under each seat. Install CB if O.K. then one of your seat motors. Plug on at a time till you fine defect. If still hot with seat unpluged the one of windows
