1996 Chevy Blazer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

Why does the emis evep valve by the gas tank
leak.? But when I remove the gas cap it will stop.

The car will vapor lock and run very rough even
stall.

sounds like there is a plug in the evap system. have it inspected to see where the problem is.
