At turn key it has only 30 psi but when it runs it has 65 psi. also how could i test the fuel pump alone?

What exactly is the problem you are having? We cannot give diagnostic help without know the problem.

What exactly is the problem you are having? We cannot give diagnostic help without know the problem.
