Ok I think I might try and replace the belt and if that dont stop then I will go out and buy a new alt. And I have a few more questions to ask. On my blazer my rear wiper on my truck just stoped working the moter is still working but when I turn it on it dose not like to move the wiper blade it seems to be stuck but when I turn it on and go move it it will work could that mean I need a new belt for that or a whole new motor

Gear may be stripped or the bolt may be loose. Take the cap off at the end of the blade and should have a bolt there, try tightening it up.
