1995 Chevy Blazer seats and or horn

1995 Chevy Blazer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 135k miles

I just purchased a 95 blazer and noticed both seats do not adjust. could this be a fuse or motor issue.
also the horn worked when i got it and two days later it doesent could they have gone bad that fast?

Check the fuses. They share a common fuse for the power accessories.
