1995 Chevy Blazer knocking sound

hi i have a problem i can hear a knocking sound on my car but its not loud from the the engine but when i go under the car u can hear it in the transmission can any one give me any ideas what it might be? thanks

see if the torque converter bolts have loosened up. we can't diagnose something we can't hear.
