i pulled out of my driveway in reverse and drove down the road and when i got to the end of the street i went to apply the breaks and they seemed to lock up and i started to get a banging sound out of them. it has been raining but it didnt do it when i was reversing whats wrong

Check front caliper mounting maybe loose.
