Suspension problem
1995 Chevy Blazer Four Wheel Drive

I replaced all 4 shock absorbers on my 1995 Chevy Blazer about 2 months ago. The shocks were Gabriel. I have been noticing the front end being sloppy and went to look at the front shocks. The front shock when mounted had the piston body at the top of the mount and the shaft at the bottom. Now it is showing the shaft at the top and appears that the piston body has slipped down towards the wheel. Is this shock working correctly or do I have a problem.

Thanks

Robb

Rob:
Based on the description, it sounds like the shock is broken. Can you take a picture of it for me and upload it for me to look at? If so, take a picture of both fronts so I can compare them.
