Engine Performance problem

Hello.
My 95 blazer is haveing issues. It idles at two grand so i changed the IAC motor. Stiil does it. and while driving when you let off the gas it keeps going like it was on cruise. I checked all the cables and there free. Someone told me it might be the TPS thats bad
I really dont want to start changing parts to fix it. Id rather change the one part and end the trouble. period. Your info would be great. thanks.
