1995 Chevy Blazer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

How can i check to see if my EGR valve is bad, before i spend a lot of money on it and it still be good

make sure the diaphragm is in good shape, not torn or rotted.

make sure it moves freely when pushed on.

also make sure hte ports are clean.

if so its good.
