1995 Chevy Blazer dash lights running lights

ok i had a heater core that busted so me and my step dad replaced it. after we put the dash and eveything back on the running lights wont work and now the speedometer/tachometer wont work as well as when i turn on my regular lights it buzzes like the door is opened but it isnt. any possibilities what might be wrong? thanks all

check your wiring make sure its all pluged in, check your grounds and make sure theyare all connected
