car periodically starts and runs very rough, rich, until I drive 5 miles or so, after it warms up good it runs ok. It doesnt do it every day, will act up for a few days then starts/runs great for a while. Engine service light comes on when it runs rough then goes off fairly quickly. Blows a lot of blue smoke smoke when it is running rough. I'm guessing a heated O2 sensor?

Inspect and test the coolant temperature sensor you could be right with a contaminated oxygen sensor
