HI, My 95 blazer recently started running rough. By this, I mean, it putters and its hard to go above 40 mph. There is also a stream of white smoke coming from the tailpipe which smells like gas. I've also noticed that my MPG is well below what it used to be. I've had no leaks, I'm thinking maybe the fuel filter is clogged, and hoping I don't have a cracked head gasket. What does it sound like to you? Where should I start?

is it losing coolant? if it is then suspect bad intake manifold gasket. if not losing coolant then suspect faulty fuel pressure regulator under the intake plenom.

I'm not losing any coolant, or other fluids. Any idea how much it will cost to fix it if it is the faulty fuel pressure regulator under the intake plenom?
