ive changed the cap,rotor,plugs and wires but still cranks for a while until it starts.if i start it immediately after shutting it down it fires right back up no problem.but when it is running it runs fine.little rough on idle though

Sounds like a bleed back problem.

Try to turn the key on, but not cranking and tehn back off. Wait a few seconds and repeat this a few times.

This will charge the fuel line by the electric fuel pump.
If it then start right up on the first crank after doing this, you know it is fuel related.

Most of the time this is a fuel pump that is faulty, but may also be a problem in the fuel injector spyder.
