We have replaced, wires 3 times even tried high heat wires and replaced plugs, etc. But you can see arcing on the engine which fouls out plugs and last time it even melted the spark plugs, wires and vehicle does this after about 20 min. Of driving it. We are desperate to fix this problem it has been undrivable for awhile now. What can be causing this to happen?

Hi there,

If the ignition voltage is leaking to earth through the leads, I would be getting a Kva read out at the coil and see how high they peak voltage is, with this info we can start to look for a fix.
