1994 Chevy Blazer rought idle -miss at idle

1994 Chevy Blazer V8 Four Wheel Drive

it has a rought idle and almost seens like it has a miss fire. unplug map sensor and it idles smooth. replaced map sensor 2 times and still have the same problem .any ideas???

Pull the EGR and clean it. A small piece of carbon is probably holding it open just a bit. Common problem on the 4.3 from 89-95 or so.
