if i have only 10.6 volts on battery is it no good and where do i find my cylonoid? thank you

10.6volts that's not even enough to tickle the starter- Charge it up till it gets to 12.4volts or better then disable the ignition system-crank engine over for 10secs while voltmeter is connected. If it doesn't hold 9.6volts within the time frame-replace the battery-
