my tach jumps and my idle runs rough sometimes and it is hard to start when it is cold. This is what I have changed fuel pressure regulator,TPS switch. can anybody help??

Welcome to the forum, when was last tune-up? plugs--plug wires--cap--rotor, all filters. Use a gage and check fuel pressure. Clean the throttle-body, any codes?
