1994 Chevy Blazer

Hi, were the pumps all new? Did you try a different brand? Are you TBI or spider fuel system? That pressure you listed is too high or TBI, maybe a little high for the spider system. That fuel spec you listed, is that key on engine off or idling? How long since a tune-up?

I'd have to check actual voltage reading and ground for the pump. I'd check amp draw, also.
