I need to replace my fuel pressure regulator I was told because too much fuel going to engine, and coming out of exhaust. Is this true? And I need to know where is this regulator located on my truck.

That could be true. Here is an awesome short video to show you how to test your regulator and what it looks like.

Find the fuel rail with the little schrader valve on it, (looks like a tire valve) and your fuel pressure regulator will be located on or at the end of the rail with a little vacuum hose connected to it
