1991 Chevy Blazer tail lights out, fuses are intact, instru

after installing stereo, instrument cluster is out and tail lights dont work, the fuses in fuse box are intact and they are all good. Any ideas?

Have you checked the under hood fuses? Disconnect the stereo and check those...
