1985 Chevy Blazer No pressure

I’m not building any pressure in my radiator. I have replaced the thermostat and the water pump but the top radiator hose has no pressure on it. What is wrong

hi you can replace the radiator cap.is your blazer overheating? let me know and we can dig a little deeper billymac
