What all needs to be changed if im putting a chevy350 from a boat in my truck other than the air intake oil pump and oil pan, and the cam

The 350 engine in a boat is about the same as the car. without looking at the boat engine I would have to say the oil pan, oil pump, motor mounts, intake, check the chatging system , but i think they are the same, don't know about the cam
