bASICALLY WE ARE WORKING WITH A RESTORED 1970 BLAZER. THE CLUTCH FRICTION POINT IS DOWN TO LOW FOR ME AND THE CLUTCH PEDAL IS VERY HARD TO PUSH DOWN. CAN THE FRICTION POINT BE ADJUSTED UPWARDS AND WHAT MAKES THE PEDAL SO HARD TO PUSH? THESE ARE RELATIVELY ALL NEW PARTS. THANK YOU.

You have old style bell crank pedal and it is hard to push with new stuff. Check to see if all moving parts are in good shape. On the crank as it attaches to fork there is a threaded rod that is adjustment for pedal action.
