welcome to the forum. I'd have to check voltage and ground at the headlamp assembly. Low beam, the voltage wire is tan. High beam, the voltage wire is light green. Black wire is ground. If no voltage, check wiring circuit from dimmer switch.
You may also need to check voltage to and from the headlamp switch.
