1996 Chevy Beretta Dead won't start

I've been working on this for a little while but I was driving the car winter time in vermont and lost more then half my power and she started plooming out smoke. Got a diagnostic tool it said multipe cylinder misfire and tps switch was bad replaced that didn't work I was told the brain was bad replaced that didn't work. Cylinders 3&4 are getting flooded with fuel and keep fowling out the plugs fuel pump is fine checked fuses getting a yellow flame replaced one of the coil packs fuel filter is fine. Took it to a garage ran good for a week then same thing. I'm at my wits end with this car so please help me I love my chevy

Check the fuel pressure regulator could be leaking-pull the vacuum hose and inspect for fuel if any the regulator is gone.

Also check the compression/injectors on those cylinders. Recheck coil packs

Cylinders 3&4 are getting flooded with fuel due to its not igniting-
