when i accelerate it doesnt accelerat right away i have to keep pushing the gas just to try to get it going. i was thinking it might be the fuel filter. but im not sure what it could be. do you know what it could be

what you mean it wont accelerate, when you push the pedal sometimes the engien doesnt respond or it does just bogs down?
