Engine Mechanical problem
1996 Chevy Beretta 6 cyl Automatic 175800 miles

I have a 1996 Chevy Beretta (V6 3.1L) and my camshaft went out so I need to change the engine. My question is: Can I use an engine from another model like a Chevy Corsica, etc.?

Yes 3.1 L push rod engine did not change much just try and get close to your year for PCM connection compatibility.
