1995 Chevy Beretta switch for headlight

my light are not working. i was told it is probably a switch, the only time my lights will work is when i have high beams and thats it. so where is the switch and how to replace it. thanks. I was also told it could be a relay to, but i don't know which on that is.

You may need to check voltage to and from the dimmer switch.
