1995 Chevy Beretta blowing cold air

When the engine is warmed up.. the motor reads hot but yet blows out cold air.. When the motor reads cold it blows out hot air. Both of these occur with the temp selector in the hot position.

Low coolant level and air bobble will do that make sure you bleed the system and add coolant
